Relic - Sandcast Pendant

These very unique pendants were made using natural plants gathered mostly from my own garden & each one carries the imperfect details of the natural world.

Through sand casting (which I love!) I was able to cast these plants with their own very individual impressions in sterling silver, creating beautiful organic textures that look & feel like little antique treasures. 

Each pendant has a sterling silver backing, with the sand cast front, giving them that wonderfully earthy, old world look & feel to them.

No two are ever the same, every little detail, every little texture & every little imperfection is part of what makes these pieces so special...

This pendant is oval in shape & measures 19mm by 25mm. When casting this pendant the silver on the back of the pendant melted into a beautiful molten shape, adding to its old world charm..
