This incredibly stunning boulder opal truly sparkles in the sun, she has all the shades of greens, blues & purples to her. Also if you look closely you can see a very pretty pink/purple colour at the bottom of the stone...

Here is the background story of my butterfly pendant creations..

It all started when a butterfly fluttered her way into our truck out on the opal fields, with her appearance came a flooding of memories & inspiration and my butterfly collection was birthed..

As I make these gorgeous pendants I can feel the energy of my grandmother wrap her celestial wings around me, she always told us stories about the butterflys on the opal fields & how they lead the miners (my grandfather) to their treasures. How lucky am I to be able to keep their stories & wisdom alive through our stones and jewellery!
